ANY OTHER BUSINESS
OCC is running a pilot project to better understand how people are moving on roads and paths across the county. Volunteers place low-cost camera-based sensors in an upstairs window which overlooks a path or street, and these collect stats about the passing traffic – pedestrians, cyclists, cars and heavy vehicles, along with average speeds. Jim explained the ?? scheme being run by ??. This involves having a monitor in a second-floor window that faces a road, which monitors passing traffic. Jim is participating in the scheme.
Review of BCAG policies is due.
